By using the GEO Agency NYC website or engaging our services, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Services

GEO Agency NYC provides AI search visibility audits, implementation services, and ongoing monitoring. The scope, deliverables, and timeline for each engagement are agreed upon before work begins.

2. Free Audit

The free GEO audit is provided at no cost and with no obligation. It is an assessment of your website's current visibility across AI search platforms. Requesting an audit does not create a contractual obligation on either party.

3. Paid Services

For paid engagements:

A 25% deposit is required before work begins
The remaining balance is due upon completion
Payment is accepted via Stripe or Zelle
All project scopes are confirmed in writing before work starts

4. No Guarantee of Results

AI search platforms (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI, and others) are independent third party services. While we implement best practices to improve your visibility, we cannot guarantee specific rankings, citation frequency, or placement on any AI platform. Results vary based on your industry, competition, and platform algorithm changes outside our control.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, reports, and deliverables produced by GEO Agency NYC become your property upon full payment. We retain the right to reference the engagement as part of our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.

6. Confidentiality

We treat all client information as confidential. We do not share your business data, audit results, or website details with third parties without your consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

GEO Agency NYC's liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or changes made by third party AI platforms.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
